Possession charge while on Parole
my husband was arrested on a possession charge that he did not have on him, the substance was found on the car on my step son side where he was sitting. what do the outlook looks like, he has a bond set. the minimum amount but there is a hold from the parole office on him that is not allowing him to post bond. why would this happen

When your on parole and you are arrested for a new charge what happens is that a BLUE WARRANT is placed on you. That means that you can not bond out until you have taken care of the case you are charged with.
Even after the case is taken care of in court, there will be a parole hearing to determine what the parole board wants to do with him.
