Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
possession of marijana
i was charged with poss. of marijuana under 2 oz. i have one preexisting charge of theft under $50 which i am doing deferred adjudication for now. what should i expect now? should i hire a lawyer? i am 17 years old.

Yes you should. The second charge will probably cause a revocation of the deferred, (which was handled as a Class C?).
