possession of meth
i was arrested in 05 for meth, im going to court on 5/11/07 for the conviction, the meth was found in the car i had no idea it was there, my brother in law says it is his and he will come forward what will happen to him?? he wasnt with me when i was arrested it was 0.21 grams in dallas texas

I am somewhat confused by your statements. What is the May court date for? Sentencing? You have already been convicted? If you want to email me directly, I might be able to give you some better direction, but am unable to respond without more information.
