Power Of Attorney Abuse
Can my attorney against my will, sign a ''Application For Community Supervision From The Jury'' before my trial? I would rather sign a ''Notice Of Appeal''

By law your attorney is required to file an application for community supervision before trial in order for you to be eligible for probation. If one is not filed, then you can not get probation. If you can not get probation, then you are likely to get jail time instead. If you are found guilty, then you can file a notice of appeal.
