Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is there Prayer for Judgement in the State of Texas? I have never been in trouble before and I took my kids to court b/c they were in trouble. I cleaned my purse out b/f I let the house and my Mom, and my kids watched me do this plus the lady that was taking us was on the phone w/ me and I told her to make sure she didn't have anything like finger nail clippers and stuff like that in her purse. Well we went to the wrong court house and my purse was scanned. It was cleaned there. When we got to the right court house my purse got scanned and I went to jail for having a open switch blade in my purse. I am now charged w/ a Felony b/c it was on the Court House property. I was released on something called a PR Bond. I was told to ask the Judge for that. He wasn't going to let me out at first b/c the cop had put on his report that I was there w/ intent. I had to explain infront of a room of inmates that I was there b/c my kids were in trouble and I had to explain everything I just explained to you. I was just told to find out if there is a Prayer for Forgiveness or Prayer for Judgement. Please let me know.

You need to get a lawyer.
If you can't afford a lawyer, you need to ask for a court appointed lawyer.
