Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I have a pre trail diversion and im trying to look for a job will it come out like an arrest and if it does would it come out will it show what was I accused of

It depends. Some counties dismiss the case at the beginning of the pretrial diversion program, so they case would show as an arrest and a dismissal. IF the State keeps the case open in the county you are on the diversion program, it will show as an arrest with no disposition or an open case. Ii should show the offense you were arrested for.
However, some employers only buy records of convictions so they may not pick up your arrest, and some buy the full records. It is impossible to predict what kind of records and what those records would show.
