pre trial hearing
my son is 13 ,he was 12 when he got into trouble with the law. his pre trial hearing is in 11 days. does he need a lawyer for that hearing?

I would recommend an attorney. He or she will be able to assess the State's case and to engage in plea bargaining for your son if so desired.
