Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what can i do if i am on prefer judifcation and get an MIC because of a party that got busted but they never gave me a sobriety test also.... do you think there is any possible way to get out of this.... or what do you suggest i can do??

By "prefer judification" I assume you mean deferred adjudication. You do not have to be guilty of MIC to violate your probation. The fact that you were arrested is enough. You need to speak with a local criminal defense attorney.
