Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i have two prior texas state jail felony convictions. one for pocs one for forgery. both are over ten years old, if convicted of another state jail felony for pocs can theat be enhanced to a third, second, or first degree felony and further more to habitual criminal?

Yes, it can be enhanced to a 3rd degree felony. It does not matter how old the priors are, the State can always use them for enhancement.
