PROB OFF REQUESTING hAIRSTRAND TEST

I have 3mo left on a 2 yr prob,been on daily call- in for random UA's for most of prob period. 2 weeks ago my UA came back ''deluted''PO informs me that ''they're trying to pass a law that a ''dilute'' will be considered positive. He is now waiting for my last UA to determine if he should extend prob period or hairstrand. In Texas, is he within his right to do so? What can I do before and after his request or order if both conseq. are unacceptable

Yes the APO can request a hair follicle test. If you fail a test, or he has proof of dilution, he is also within his rights to request revocation, modification or extension.
