Probable Cause
after a probable cause search in a home is done and nothing is found, can officers enter the home again through force without a warrent, and is there a penal code that enforces this?

No, they cannot, and the initial search with or without probable cause cannot be conducted unless you consented to the search. You need to hire an attorney to represent yoy in this case.
