Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was on probation but my case was closed back in 2004. but my probation was not a successfully complete because i owed some money can i try and get it expunge? or do i have to pay what i owed and then ry to get it expunge?

First - only dismissed cases and cases for which a person was found not guilty are subject to being expunged. Second, it sounds like your probation was terminated unsuccessfully. Because you did not successfully complete it, you cannot seal it (nondisclosure.) That is available only for successfully completed probations. (And, you cannot now go back and change the completion status of the probation.)
