Probation charge for misdeamour
my family member have been charged with theft and was ordered for one year probation.But he came here from UK on a visit visa and has to go back .Already he paid the penalty fine .Is there anyway thru which he can get rid of this probation?

Assuming he has completed most of the terms and conditions of his probation, he can file a Motion for Early Termination of his probation. It will have to be approved by the court.
