Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation
I am on deferred adjudicated probation for 4 years for poss un 1 gr. got a couple of dirty ua's and now they want to give me 6 months safe p and 3 months halfway house. but i also have a charge of man/del 4-200 pending. i was on probation before i got my indictment. i want to know how come they can't run my 2 charges cc and see what they can do for me. do you have any suggestions for me. im running out of time. please help im' desperate

Get a lawyer.
It is not a question of whether they CAN run them cc, it is an issue of whether they choose to. It is not their job to protect your best interests -- it is the job of your lawyer.
