Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I'm on probation was giving verbal permission to leave a county to look for work, now the probation officer is saying she didn't give permission & saying she is going to violate my probation for this, and I've been with boyfriend for over 5 years he was on probation at the time I was placed on probation the probation officer I had at that time knew about it & now she is saying I'm in violation for this also is that true?

When on probation you are told you are not to associate with persons on probation, parole, or with pending cases or convictions. And, you should have written permission to leave the county if staying in the county is a condition of your probation.
