Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Probation Laws
My husband is on probation, his probation has 9 months left on it. 9 years ago he vadalized an apartment. He was sentenced to 10 years probation. His probation officer told him he was on Defeared Adjudification probation. Is there such a probation? and if he leaves Texas (and continues paying his probation fines) what would the penataly be?

Re: Probation Laws
There are several ways to handle this. All of them include contacting the Texas probation dept for permission to leave the state or the Texas Court to terminate the probation. The first is probably easier and requires no complex legal filings. You are welcome to a consultation with me for no fee at my offices at 42 west 44th Street, NY,NY. Re: Probation Laws
The very best thing to do in these general situations is to file a motion for early termination of the deferred adjudication.
