Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
is was placed on probation in 97 then 99 a motion to adjudicate guilt. so now i have to say i was convicted of a felony or not?

If you were on deferred adjudication probation and got adjudicated, then you were found guilty and are now convicted so the answer would be yes.
