Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My probation officer gave me permission to go to Texas for a weekend but I went during the week instead. She didn't give me a slip. I ended up getting married while in Texas. I want to transfer to Texas but if I show my marriage license what will my consequences be?

You violated probation and you will be showing her proof you violated. She may, or may not, turn your file over to the court. She may call the CLO to discuss what the judge wants to do. If you have any terms you have not completed (classes, community service, etc.), you should hurry and finish.
