Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can a probation officer place a no contact order on a probtioner against her ex-husband for reasons that he thinks the ex-husband may be a bad influence on her, causing her to unsuccessfully complete probation.
note: there is no history of any violance this case.

Review the conditions of your probation. As I recall, the conditions include a general no contact order with certain types of people. I would think that the officer would have to go to court to get a no contact order against certain individuals.
