Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can my probation officer share my case info with anyone other than law enforcement agencies, and by my p.o sharing my case info and previouse charges and finacial issue isnt she violating my rights and going beyond what shes ae to do

Probation offices and officers are generally quasi-law enforcement officers and work as an arm of the Courts, although they are a separate entity. Yes, they will share your information if you are under investigation by law enforcement for other crimes.
