Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation and parole want to be togeather
I know of 2 people who were once engaged. They were young and nieve and got into trouble with the law. He was locked up for 3 years, and is now out on Parole. She got 5 years probation. with 2 and a half left. he has 7 years parole. They both have stipulations saying they can't associate, because they were co-offenders. They want to be togeather again, but don't want to risk going back to jail. Is there a legal way they can be togeather. Even get married. I know neither one of them would risk doing another thing, to seperate them again, if they can see each other.

The only safe way is for each to return to the court of conviction and get the conditions of release modified to permit them to associate.
