Can two people who are on probation in the same county get married without prior approval from a judge? If they do, are they subject to revocation?

Re: Probation
You have a fundamental constitutional right to marry/procreate.
However, people on probation are not supposed to associated with people that have been convicted of a crime.
This being so you should ask your probation officer or petition the court before you obtain a marriage license.
