if i am currently on probation for a possession charge and i failed my third UA and they gave me the option of Safe P or revolking me, if i check myself into an inpatient rehab can they still makek me go.

yes. Checking yourself into an inpatient rehab has nothing to do with your probation violation.
You might have your lawyer approach the judge and suggest inpatient rehab as an alternative.
