Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation revoke
dear sirs,
I am on deferred adjudication for misd assault. my last day is june 24th, however, they say I tested positive for cocaine (on my last urine test). I told them it was an error. what can they do to me now? do i need an attorney? Will they arrest me on the 24th? Please help. My probation officer said that she would kick it back to the judge and let me know what they said on the 24th. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
thank you,

Re: probation revoke
you should speak with an attorney. did you have a drug test prior to this on that showed you being clean? if so you would use it as a baseline. if it was in error, you may want to pay for a test yourself and ask the attorney to provide it to the judge.
