Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My probation is served, can I get a clean record?
10 years ago in Texas a friend was arrested for possession of the drug XTC. Was given 10 years probation. Moved to California and probation was dismissed after 2 years for good behavior. Is it possible to get this off his record? He is in the medical prof. and wants to move back to TX. Your advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It does not sound to me as if your friend would benefit from the expense of filing a lawsuit to remove the criminal matter from his record.
