Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Getting probation transfered
I would like to be able to move to Atlanta GA to be with my fiancee and our two children. What do I need to do to have my probation transfered from Dallas TX? I have four years left on probation I have already done 6 years.

Re: Getting probation transfered
Talk to your probation officer. Let him or her know that you want to move to GA. They will transfer your probation to GA as long as GA is willing to accept it.
