probation violation

adjudicated sentence injury to a child

the 14 yr old girl hit my son in the head

with a metal object-- he responded by slapping

the snot out of her,,,she went to police,,

he is put in jail,,,$50,000.oo bond FIRST TIME

OFFENDER mind you.

adjucidated sentence 3 yr prob...300 hrs com ser.

he is in violation of probation because , although

he had 125 of those hrs..and til may of 2002 to complete ,,he is 'in violation',,,,

was told that without an attorney, on court date,,he

is re-arrested until can be appointed an attorney

( i aint spending another dime in this ridiculous matter)

what will be the likely outcome for him??

Re: probation violation

Unless he is given a second chance to comply with the terms of his probation, he will likely be committed to serve the sentence he was given which was suspended in favor of probation.
