Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation violation
My counselor and I have exchanged cussing at each other. She sent a report of my cussing her to my judge and now a warrant has been issued. Is there anything we can do to get a court date and turn myself in with a lawyer?

Re: probation violation
Based on what you have written, it appears that a motion to revoke your probation has been filed against you. Upon you being arrested (or turned in), the Court will hold a hearing to potentially revoke your current probation. You should seek the assistance of a criminal defense law firm to assist you with this legal matter. If my local law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
