probation violation
Defendant given probated sentence of
3 years in May of 2004 for Aggravated
Assault DW. Violated probation March
2005. July 2006 arrested for breaking
and entering. What are the chances he
will go to jail?

Excellent.
If you are a victim, and want him in jail, be the squeaky wheel to the ADA and let them know how you feel.
If you are friends with the defendant, and want to help him, hire him a good lawyer.
