Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

probation violation.

I HAVE BEen on probation for a dwi/open container which i plead no contest. I have completed almost 8 months, finished my community service and assigned classes.

Last week i got arrested for theft (mb) for less than $200 @ kohls department store, what is the chance of serving jail time????

Jail time is unlikely for the theft alone. My worry for you is a motion to revoke probation on the DWI. This all depends on your judge and probation officer.
