Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation violation.
my husband was arrested in 2006 for and released in dallas texas abosolutely free no probation nothing, he was arrested again 92408 for probation violation, i called the probation officers number i was given.. she said probation was over in 2007 but he owes money.. if u can;t come up with money (1600.0) how long will he be in ajil.

If he wasn't placed on probation, how is there a probation violation? He needs a retained (or at least court-appointed) attorney to resolve this, hopefully before the revocation.
