probation violation
if a person gets 1 year probation and violates because of not paying and also gets 2 marijuana charges against them in a matter of 6 months from assigned probation then gets arrested again for the actual violation and is put in jail with no bond would the person have to sit the reamainning years time out or will he eventually get a bond and be able to get out but have more time added to his probation period?

Re: probation violation
The answer is the person desperately needs a lawyer to negotiate these charges into a reasonable resolution. If the lawyer can demonstrate commitment to the program, he/she is probably able to negotiate a more intensive probation period with shorter time served. If bond gets set, it is going to be strict and intensive, and all things considered, possibly not worth the expense, if the attorney can effect a quick disposition.
