Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation violation
ok i was on probation for possession of marijana but the rev oked it with a theft charge, so i spent a couple months in jail. the judge supposedly threw out the possession charge but didnt so when i got out i didnt know i was on probation again so they revoked it again. Now i have to go to court for the second time on this same charge. what can be done?
