probation violation?

can probation violate you on your first drug screen on your first day to report straight over from court?

I disagree with the other answer. They would have to prove you violated your probation to revoke you. If you took the drugs or whatever before signing for probation, then you didn't violate probation. The judge might amend your conditions of probation to throw you in jail over the weekend or something to teach you a lesson, but should not be able to revoke. If one of my clients was in that position and they tried to revoke, they would be in for a world of hurt.

Yes, technically the Judge could revoke you for violating the law and your conditions of your probation. It will depend on the judge, what kind of case you have, etc. You might want to contact your attorney.
