Re: probation violation

You should hire a criminal defense attorney to help you with this matter. If the only alleged violation of your probation is failure to pay, you might have what is called an affirmative defense to the charge. If you were not able to pay, the court cannot revoke your probation, even though they can make allegations in a motion to revoke and cause you to be arrested. So again, contact a criminal lawyer in your area to fight for you and assert any available defenses.
