Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I'm on probation for a year for posession of marijuana in Texas, and if I do mess up and it gets revoked I go to jail for 120 days. I just picked up another case, driving without a license and a DUI. So i'm wondering whats going to happen.. Am I going to jail? And for how long? Do I need to get a attorney?

Keith Engelke Law Office of S. Keith Engelke

One of the conditions of your probation is not to get arrested. The Probation Office may file a motion to revoke on the basis of your arrests. If your probation is revoked, the most time you could do is the underlying sentence. You could do less.

You should consult an attorney promptly. A lawyer may help minimize the impact of any violations on you.
