Not making payments is a violation, but not a serious one. More serious is not reporting.

Your PO is more likely to file an MTR for not reporting than not making payments. If an MTR is filed, the court may continue you on probation, modify and amend the conditions, or revoke and send you to prison. What the court chooses depends upon your history.

If an MTR is filed, you will be arrested and held until a hearing on the motion is held, unless you can make bond, which is unlikely.

In any event, I suggest you start reporting again, even if you can't pay.
