Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

probation-community service

What do I do?? I was set to do a 3 year probation with 180 hours of community service. After about a year of my probation I got pregnant and then got sent away for 5 months. I only had the chance to do about 40 hours of my community service. Now I am a single parent and have no time to do the community service because there would be no one to watch my kid. What do I do?? I am afraid of going to jail while having a 1 year old. I have been abiding by the terms of my probation and doing all that I can do. But, I am scared of something happening because i have less than 8 months of probation left and over 140 hours of community service. I know the court won't be so understanding. So I am open for sudjestions. What do i do? I have almost no time for community service, when i am off work there is no one to watch my kid and then I can't afford to pay someone to watch him because of my ex not helping with childsupport and also my kid would never see me..I am literally freaking out.
