Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

probation-release

i was put on deferred probation for 3 years for a drug possesssion case and did all the required time, community service etc. then was to be released 1-23-08 but due to a positive urine and breath for alcohol they extended me for a year..i have just been released by a mandated 90 day rehab facility and now i would like to ask that they let me go due to the fact that i live in a different county and i cant afford to be driving back and forth (145 mi.) in order to attend thier aftercare treatment facility 3 times a week. i also need a job and that would seriously interfere with my search time for employment. can i get some advise here?? thanks.

Re: probation-release

Normally your lawyer can get the court's permission to allow you to do the outpatient at a comparable facility closer to home.
