Process to Seal a record
My son is on 1 year probation for having small amout marijuana. What is the process to get the record sealed, and when can the process begin?

If your son successfully completes a term of community supervision under Section 42.12 (deferred adjudication) he may petition the Court that placed him on the supervision for and Order of Nondisclosure. See Government Code Chapter 411.081

He took deferred adjudication correct? When did he begin probation? Which court (County/Civil and Court number)? Do you still have the paperwork?
