Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if you are promised something and confess is it admittable in court i was promised something by someone and confessed to a crime i didnt commit and now im facing prison time i confessed to someone on a recording not a police officer

you will need to discuss all the details with your attorney. that is the only way to know if evidence is admissable. a word of advice: be 100% honest with your attorney. don't leave anything out. nothing you tell your attorney will be released to the court (or anyone else for that matter) the worst thing you can do for your case is let your attorney be surprised.
