Re: my property

Hello there,

Regarding your property you should first determine if raising the issue is going to shake the dust off your file and make the state bring formal charges against you.

If in Texas and it is a misdemeanor the statute of limitation is two years.

If it is a felony, most felony offenses have a statute of limitations of three years.

The statute of limitations refers to the time period the State has to file formal charges against you.

So the best thing for you to do would be discuss your case with a qualified attorney that practices the type of law you have been charged with before taking any action to have your property returned.

Sincerely,
