I HAVE A CLASS C MISDEMEANOR ASSULT on my record can someone help me with a disclosesure how much.I have nothing else on my record this happen 3yrs ago.

The applicability of Non-Disclosure of Criminal History Information is based on Texas Governement Code section 411.081. Depending upon the circumstances, will ultimately control whether or not you can even get your criminal record sealed in this fashion.
