Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Proving Serious Bodily Injury
3 Years ago, my husband was convicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury. No medical testimony was given at the trial, and the only evidence submitted was paperwork from the hospital stating a ''superficial laceration''. We have appealed, but so far have not had any luck with the Court of Appeals. We are in need of a lawyer who is willing to review the facts of this case and help us to protect my husband's Civil Rights.
