Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can I get a Public Fighting ticket dismissed? I was drunk and upset over something small and my friend was trying to explain what happen to me and claim me down. We were at public parking lot restaurant and near our car. The policy came and arrested us for Public fighting, when were not fighting. No one was trying to start a fight and not one got hurt.

Your remedy is to go to trial, demand a JURY, and prove that you're innocent. Bring your own witnesses. Don't let the DA talk you into a "plea bargain."
