i got pulled over got arrested for open container for an old empty beer bottle under my seat. when i got booled they charged it dwi instead. did not take breathalizer...,on parole been out 9 mos

What is your question? Apparently they have reason to believe you were intoxicated so you go the DWI charge. Whether you will be convicted or not depends on how you look on the video, the strength of the officer's testimony, your witnesses, your potential testimony, etc.
Your parole can be revoked even if you are not convicted of the DWI. The burden of proof is less.
