Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I got pulled over by an officer for a bad light. He infromed me i had a warrant for assualt with a deadly weapon. I was not aware. The person who is accusing me lie. We had an argument but there were no gun mention or involve. What can i do. I want to go to the court and take care of this but when i show up will they arrest me. THe bond is 1500dls. I dont have a probleam paying but i wanted it off my record i also want to know once the thruth come out who will refund my money.

This is a serious allegation - a second degree felony. You need a very good lawyer and you need to be prepared to pay a decent fee to head to trial. You will NOT get your money refunded. The bondsman has provided a service and the lawyer has provided a service.
