Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was pulled over for speeding. I was following a cop that was speeding. He told me he was going to a call. How can i prove that he wasnt?

Whether the cop was going to a call or not is irrelevant as to whether you were speeding or not.

I agree with Mr. Tuthill. What matters is whether you were driving too fast, not why the officer was doing likewise.
