Keith Engelke Law Office of S. Keith Engelke

You need to get a criminal defense attorney If the police report states that you were pulled over because your car was not registered and you can get proof that your car was registered, your attorney can file a motion to suppress the marijuana.

Your attorney can get a copy of the police report for you.
