Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was put on deferred deposition for a tobacco ticket in December in Lubbock Texas. It's now 1 week from ending and I got 2 more MIPS what does this mean for me. Should I get used to orange and tape my butt shut or what

You are not going to be jailed for the offenses; they are ticket offenses only. But, you can plan to lose your privilege to drive and to have convictions on your record. Not too smart....
